Damien sat down and sighed,"If only it were that simple." He started rubbing Riley's shoulder,"not to worry, you know me, I'll come up with some sort of master plan! Hopefully before it's time for the wedding!"

"Some sort of master plan that will get us in trouble," Riley chimed in. "I like it." Riley leaned closer to Damien and sighed. "Do you this wedding will kill me? I think it might."

"As only I can deliver!" Damien replied feeling pleased with himself. He shook his head,"Are you kidding! You're way tougher then some wedding!" he nudged her lightly.

"It's a wedding from hell," Riley muttered under her breath. "So, what have you and Kumi been up to? " She'd been busy, actually tortured, so Riley had only been able to talk to Damien via the telephone. And she missed getting to see him.

"I reckon you could still win! just do some pushups everyday!" he said feeling her pipes.
"Just the usual, been a little lonley without you guys and he hates both the girls we live with because they both yell at us all the time." he sighed.

"I'm sorry that I've been so busy," Riley sighed. She did feel sorry. "I could let Sam's monster horse eat Allie. Gratis hates Allie." It was weird. Allie is normally really good with horses. "Who yells at you and why?"

"Crazy person eating horse...sounds like fun! But I'd rather not meet it," the last part Damien muttered quietly.
"My cousin Trisha moved here, she's supposed to make food and keep the house clean and me and Kumi aren't the..." he shrugged,"well we're men! And Taryn really just hates me...not sure why though."

"You and Kumi are messy. I know this. It's why I'd never in fifty million years marry you," Riley stated. " But, I'll kick their asses if you want. Be a good girlfriend and all. It's my job to yell at you two. Not theirs.'

"Awww, thanks! I knew we were doing something right! Wouldn't want to start losing our reputation or anything!" He said patting Kumi's head,"I have taught you well." He shrugged,"It would be nice, but that won't make me out-machoed by my girlfriend will it?"

Riley laughed. "That wasn't really a compliment, but if that's how you two view it, good for you." She reached over and scratched behind Kumi's ears. "Naw. Well, maybe. But it just means you're a decent person and didn't hit a girl. You got another girl to do it. After all 'boys should not hit girls'".

"What if I said the reason I didn't deck her was because she has She-Hulk pipes and would be able to hit me harder?"

Riley almost fell over laughing. Damien was good for her. He helped her live a little and not be so serious all the damn time. "That would be tragic. But that's when you take out your phone and show them a picture of your super hot girlfriend."
Letting her eyes get wide she shook her head. "Then I'd dump you."

"Ah yes, my super hot girlfriend, she saves me yet again!" he said wrapping his arms around Riley and giving her a bear hug.
"NO! Don't do that! We just need to pump you full of some gamma-radiation and you could totally take her!"

"Can't-breathe-" Riley gasps out from D's bear hug. When he finally let's go she punches his arms. "Hugs are nice, killing me isn't, babe." Putting her finger on her chin and pretending to think for a minute she finally nodded. "Where are we gonna get gamma radiation?"

"OW!" Damien exaggerated the pain in his arm,"That's what I get for showing you my love!" he sobbed,"I'm just going to bottle up my feelings inside now!" He thought a moment. We live way out in the middle of nowhere, there's gatta be a mad scientist in the basement of one of these houses!"
