Like I always do, I warm Teddy up with the dressage figures before taking him over the jump course. His power is a little hard to focus in dressage, but it carries him over the jumps with unbelievable ease. First I set up a course of incredibly strange looking jumps, including everything and anything that could frighten him. But thanks to his natural courage and hours of practice on the cross country course, he sails over them all easily. He has so much heart. I praise him, and then set up a regular course. He loves flying over the verticals, combinations, liver pools and oxers. He's not afraid of jumping water anymore, in fact he loves it. When we finish, I give him all the praise I can.
