"Hey sweethearts," I say as my favorite mare and her foal come to the stall door. They're both so beautiful, and I have no doubts about Jedi's future as a racer. But what I love them for best is their personalities. They're so sweet and gentle and I love just being near them. Once the chores are done I take them out to the paddocks.
