After Razzle’s been warmed up, I put him through a mini test. All his spirit and energy shine through as I put him through his paces in dressage. The lightness of his step and impulsion make him a beautiful mover, and perfect for dressage. Although he's a fantastic jumper too. He responds faster than instantly to my aids, as if reading my mind, willingly performing difficult steps and making them look like the most natural thing in the world. He is an absolute dream horse to ride, responding to every signal as if he were push button, but out of a love of pleasing his rider, not a lack of spirit. Every move shows pure fire and spirit. There are only two steps left that he doesn’t already know, and there’s plenty of time for him to learn them. He gets more graceful all the time, even when I ask him for the pirouette. I grin, and pet him and praise him as I cool him out.
